With Temperature Log Book you can keep temperature records (logs) of any type of equipment (kitchen, research study, etc), food or premises. * Add up to 1000 items of equipment to your journal to keep records of your equipment temperature performance. You will need to register to access your electronic temperature journal from any of your iOS devices, other mobile devices, and web services. Just add items to your journal and complete the journal by noting the time and temperature. Your employee can only make temperature records of your equipment. The Food Hygiene Regulations (2006) require that cold food should be stored below 8°C and hot food above 63°C.
