The reason I’m in shape
The only solution I’ve found that fits my schedule. Lindsay is cheerful enough to get me going on days I’m not in the mood. The workouts and program calendars have everything baked in- cardio, strength, stretching, etc. And there are so many programs you never get bored. The videos are also professional quality, unlike some stuff you find on YouTube. You just pay and press play and do whatever Lindsay does and you will be fit. I started at the beginning of the pandemic, having never exercised regularly before, and I’m still here. I work out in the hotel on business trips even! It took me 2 years to realize that working out with Lindsay was the difference between a good day and a bad day (I am prone to depression). So while this has obviously been good for my body, the real win is in my emotional and mental health. Since this is a review for the app, I can also say the app is very intuitive and well done.
