En 4 étapes, je vais vous montrer comment télécharger et installer Exact Online HR sur votre ordinateur :

1: Téléchargez un logiciel d'émulation

Un émulateur imite/émule un appareil Android sur votre PC Windows, ce qui facilite l'installation d'applications Android sur votre ordinateur. Pour commencer, vous pouvez choisir l'un des émulateurs populaires ci-dessous:

2 : Installez le logiciel de l'émulateur sur votre ordinateur

Si Bluestacks.exe ou Nox.exe a été téléchargé avec succès, accédez au dossier "Téléchargements" sur votre ordinateur ou n'importe où l'ordinateur stocke les fichiers téléchargés.

Une fois trouvé, cliquez dessus. Le processus d'installation va commencer.
Acceptez les conditions d'utilisation/le contrat de licence et suivez les instructions à l'écran.

3: Installez Exact Online HR sur PC à l'aide de l'application Emulator

Lorsque l'émulateur est installé, ouvrez l'application et saisissez Exact Online HR dans la barre de recherche ; puis appuyez sur rechercher. Vous verrez facilement l'application que vous venez de rechercher. Clique dessus. Il affichera Exact Online HR dans votre logiciel émulateur. Appuyez sur le bouton "installer" et l'application commencera à s'installer.

Exact Online HR Logiciel Aperçu

De applicatie kan enkel gebruikt worden als jouw onderneming werkt met het Exact Online HR Platform én de Self Service geactiveerd heeft voor alle medewerkers. De Exact Online HR employee-app is ook beschikbaar op desktop door te surfen naar selfservice.officient.io en jouw e-mailadres in te geven. Kies de gewenste dagen, het juiste verloftype en stuur je aanvraag door naar de juiste persoon. Je loonstrookje voorleggen? Of dat ene document nog een nalezen? Alle documenten die je nodig hebt, vind je ten alle tijde terug in je Employee app. Een nieuwe policy ontvangen van HR om te tekenen? Geen zorgen: je hoeft niet naar kantoor te rennen. Je eigen personeelsdossier raadplegen? De app toont je persoonlijke gegevens, je activa, de samenstelling van je salarispakket en ga zo maar door. Je verlof onmiddellijk aanvragen terwijl je je reis plant? In de Employee app regel je het in enkele kliks. Vul de gegevens aan, voeg een foto van het bonnetje toe en verstuur het rechtstreeks naar HR. Declaraties doorgegeven? Met je Employee app regel je het in een paar stappen. Zeker op die momenten die echt van belang zijn. Bovendien kan je ook gemakkelijk zelf aanpassingen maken. Teken deze gewoon digitaal in je de app.
