The building of Gosha-e-Durood ‘Minara-tus-Salam’ was built on the model of Maulana Rum's Holy Shrine. Those who have the honor of being residents of Gosha-e-Durood are also awarded special certificates on behalf of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Since the inception of Gosha-e-Durood, thousands of people from across the far-flung areas have spent time in Gosha-e-Durood and many more are on the waiting list. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) has showered countless blessings on Minhaj-ul-Quran International (MQI). The chief among them is the establishment of Gosha-e-Durood in the central secretariat. Gosha-e-Durood was initially established in the office of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri in the central secretariat of MQI.
