Almost good
As an électronic trainer, it is very well thought, easy to use, with Nice exercices. But I think that there is a missing function in that app... There should be an alarm to set every day on a hour, i.g. to remind the athlete that at 1 pm he has to push up or sthg else. Hoping the developpers will take care of my note !

I usually am kind of skeptic for this kind of WO but this one seems to be effective so I say: let's try and give it a chance!
