1: Téléchargez un logiciel d'émulation

2 : Installez le logiciel de l'émulateur sur votre ordinateur

Si Bluestacks.exe ou Nox.exe a été téléchargé avec succès, accédez au dossier "Téléchargements" sur votre ordinateur ou n'importe où l'ordinateur stocke les fichiers téléchargés.

Une fois trouvé, cliquez dessus. Le processus d'installation va commencer.

There are two modes: in the simple mode you can log start time (will be set automatically on start), end time (will be set automatically as well), and the stool type according to the bristol stool scale. You can classify your stool with help of the bristol stool scale and it will calculate a lot of interesting statistics for you. Your data belongs to you! You are able to export your data at any time and use it as a CSV file (a plain text file). This is the free version, it allowes only a small number of bowel movements. In the detailed mode you can log additional color, consisteny, weight/volume and your feeling. This app makes it very easy to log your bowel movements. You can add some notes to the current session in both modes.
