  Avoid at all costs

  My recent flight with Kuwait Airways was nothing short of a complete disaster, and their so-called "customer service" is an absolute joke. My checked baggage arrived at my destination completely demolished—crushed, torn, and utterly unusable. It looked like it had been thrown off the plane mid-flight! But the nightmare didn’t end there. I had to waste two agonizing hours standing in line at the claims desk just to get a worthless piece of paper as "proof" of the damage. And what did Kuwait Airways do with that? Absolutely nothing. I submitted my claim through every possible channel—email, their website, even phone calls—and what did I get in return? Radio silence. Not a single response, no acknowledgment, no refund, no compensation. It’s as if they stole my luggage, destroyed it, and then ghosted me. This airline has zero respect for passengers, zero accountability, and zero customer service. They don’t care about your belongings, your time, or your frustration. Never again. If you value your luggage, your sanity, or basic human decency, fly literally anywhere else. Worst airline experience of my life.
