Jewish Community of Thessaloniki Mobile Application has been made available thanks to the collaboration of the Embassies of Canada, Germany and Israel, the Jewish Community of Thessaloniki, the Jewish Museum of Thessaloniki, the City of Thessaloniki and the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Centre for Hellenic Studies at Simon Fraser University. In addition to to assisting users in self-guided walking tours, the Thessaloniki Jewish Community Mobile Application has been made available so that users can learn more about the existing and the "hidden" cultural monuments of Thessaloniki's Jewish Legacy. This mobile application aims to promote the Jewish legacy in Thessaloniki, which once had one of the largest Jewish communites in Europe.
