Amazing but…
Edit: 2nd time i used their services i got a car smelling like cigarette. After leaving the car in the same parking as the first time, i got an expensive fine, and support by email didn’t help explaining even though parking is supposed to be included. I also picked up a car from this parking, thinking it was a normal allowed one. No warning in the app to tell where is a green or red zone to park… not gonna use anymore, too stressful. Great service! Ford Territory SUV was brand new, clean, and modern with rear camera, apple car play, etc. Really great experience!
Not user friendly service
In theory the service is nice but application is very limited in functions, can’t see and update ur profile or credit card. Be careful, so many rules and penalties applies, car between emirates, parking, payment issue... (which call center refers you to Terms and conditions when you mentioned things are not clear). Car was dirty. Fuel recharge process manual, no way to see credit, payment history. Toll free number not working (warning message appears in Terms and conditions).
Questionnable competitiveness
Fees are getting higher and price per minute too
Nice service bur price getting higher
Recent increase of the price make this service less interesting.
