I'm going to tell you how Just Life made me wait a whole day at home and in the end no one came. I was counting on this company to come and install the curtains at my house, the first handyman was supposed to come on Friday 28 February at 10:30, he never came, so I contacted the support who told me sorry we'll send someone to you at 12:15, no one came, I complained again they told me the same thing by offering me money each time on the application but I didn't need money I just needed my curtains installed because it was impossible for me to sleep without it and wake up with light. Let's start this journey again, so they offer me money and another handyman who will be there at 1:20pm. no one arrives, same thing again I contact I complain etc I am told and assured that he will be there between 4 and 5pm and obviously no surprises no one arrives. Because of Justlife I have windows without curtains, for the whole weekend since we are not allowed noise during the weekend in our tower. Thank you for this CATASTROPHIC experience
