Accessibility issues with Voiceover

Content is fabulous, but what a shame that accessibility with VoiceOver for visually impaired people is not up to par. Come on, get your act together! You can do better than that, for instance start by labelling the d*** buttons! Your app would then deserve a 5 star rating.
