Only in German

How can a non German speaking person use the app? Paying for parking in Munich requires coins. Credit cards are not accepted! This app should be a great alternative. To use though they have to be able to understand German! Please do like the rest of the world and offer language selection options for this app.

Immer wieder Probleme mit der App

Ich bin über die positiven Kritiken wirklich erstaunt. Heute hat die App, als ich den Parkvorgang beendete, dieses Beenden nicht erfasst. 10 Euro Parkgebühr anstatt 4€. Ein anderes Mal flog meine Kreditkarte aus der App, Wiederherstellen des Kontos war aufwändig, Kundendienst nicht hilfreich. Ein anderes Mal haben wir sonntags geparkt, als dies kostenlos war. wir haben den Parkvorgang daraufhin beendet, und bekamen eine Rechnung für den Montagmorgen, da dieses Stoppen nicht erfasst wurde. Kundendienst akzeptiert Reklamationen nie.
