Un émulateur imite/émule un appareil Android sur votre PC Windows, ce qui facilite l'installation d'applications Android sur votre ordinateur. Pour commencer, vous pouvez choisir l'un des émulateurs populaires ci-dessous:
Windowsapp.fr recommande Bluestacks - un émulateur très populaire avec des tutoriels d'aide en ligneSi Bluestacks.exe ou Nox.exe a été téléchargé avec succès, accédez au dossier "Téléchargements" sur votre ordinateur ou n'importe où l'ordinateur stocke les fichiers téléchargés.
Lorsque l'émulateur est installé, ouvrez l'application et saisissez MyRunBuddy -Run Training Plans dans la barre de recherche ; puis appuyez sur rechercher. Vous verrez facilement l'application que vous venez de rechercher. Clique dessus. Il affichera MyRunBuddy -Run Training Plans dans votre logiciel émulateur. Appuyez sur le bouton "installer" et l'application commencera à s'installer.

Macronutrient levels for Carbs, Protein and Fat are suggested on a daily basis as you work through the program to help you fuel optimally as the training load increases. • Regular testing is included within Training Plans so that your training zones are kept upto date. Training Zones are set for all disciplines, you can simply use Relative Perceived Effort (RPE) if you like to train by feel. • Detailed workouts provided on a daily basis for Run and Strength training. • Simple to use FREE to download App with a FREE 10K Beginner training plan that will get you results. • Training programs structured in the same way that professional Runners train. • Can start training immediately even though your race is far in the future, by extending the base training phase. • You can join training programs at anypoint in time to integrate with existing training. Enter your race distance, event date and we build the plan for you so you arrive at the start line in peak condition. • All sessions are based on your training zones and therefore your capability. Option to add your heart rate variability (rMSSD) and pulse (BPM) to get both physiological and subjective data from the user. • Add new workouts for Run and Strength to your plan and get a tailored session to execute. • Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. • Subscription auto renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before end of current period. Link to Apple Health to compare consumed macronutrients. • Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. • Create PDF of your workout and share it however you want via iPhone Activities Share. Workout duration, intensity, active recovery and taper all included. • Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. If you have a heart rate monitor you can set your Lactate Threshold Heart Rate (LTHR). • Share a photo with an overlay of your workout to Facebook or Twitter.
