En 4 étapes, je vais vous montrer comment télécharger et installer NEC Business ConneCT Agent sur votre ordinateur :


1: Téléchargez un logiciel d'émulation

Un émulateur imite/émule un appareil Android sur votre PC Windows, ce qui facilite l'installation d'applications Android sur votre ordinateur. Pour commencer, vous pouvez choisir l'un des émulateurs populaires ci-dessous:

2 : Installez le logiciel de l'émulateur sur votre ordinateur

Si Bluestacks.exe ou Nox.exe a été téléchargé avec succès, accédez au dossier "Téléchargements" sur votre ordinateur ou n'importe où l'ordinateur stocke les fichiers téléchargés.

  1. Une fois trouvé, cliquez dessus. Le processus d'installation va commencer.
  2. Acceptez les conditions d'utilisation/le contrat de licence et suivez les instructions à l'écran.


3: Installez NEC Business ConneCT Agent sur PC à l'aide de l'application Emulator

Lorsque l'émulateur est installé, ouvrez l'application et saisissez NEC Business ConneCT Agent dans la barre de recherche ; puis appuyez sur rechercher. Vous verrez facilement l'application que vous venez de rechercher. Clique dessus. Il affichera NEC Business ConneCT Agent dans votre logiciel émulateur. Appuyez sur le bouton "installer" et l'application commencera à s'installer.

A Softphone, Mobile Extension, SMA, Forced on PBX or other FMC solution is required to be able to receive contact center calls on a Smart Phone.  Using 3G/4G mobile data network may lead to charges from your provider.  NEC will not be held liable for any charges, fees or liability imposed by your carrier for use of data over 3G/4G caused by this application.  Important: NEC Business ConneCT is designed for enterprise communications deployments and requires a NEC communications infrastructure and associated licenses installed.  This application requires a network connection for data exchange with the BCT Infrastructure.  Network providers can offer in most cases an unlimited data plan to save you money otherwise you may find yourself charged for data overuse.  With the NEC BCT Agent App a Business ConneCT Contact Center Agent can login and control their Ready/Not-Ready state from an iPhone or an iPad.  Agents can make themselves available to receive customer calls on their mobile phone from anywhere on the mobile network.  Business ConneCT integrates with NEC’s VoIP platforms UNIVERGE SV9500, SV9300, SV9100 and SIP@NET/iS3000.  You agree to verify your carrier's network restrictions and costs prior to any use of this application.  Ask your NEC representative for more details.
