If you choose, you can tap the web button to check out the live web site for the venue or the event.  If you find your favourite venue is not included then use the contact screen (tap "i" on the map) to let us know about it.  Tap the share button to share events via your message apps, email or airdrop.  Don't want to receive emails? Simply log in, go to the profile screen and turn off "email reminders".  Save an event in the briefcase and receive email reminders as the event comes to the end of its run.  Your phone connects to our venue and event database for each operation.  Tap the map, use your current location or search for a particular venue.  In addition, you will see interesting places with no particular events on that day but that are still worth a visit.  Text on the screen adapts to text size accessibility settings.  You will also see the tube and rail stations nearest to the venue as well as its accessibility status.  Sign up for an account and log in to unlock your Briefcase, Share and Calendar Entry buttons.  Use the calendar button to put the event dates directly into your calendar.  If you find the text hard to read then go to settings/general/accessibility/larger-text and set a size with which you are comfortable.  We use clever search techniques to locate events.  Send us a pic on Instagram of you at a London venue and it could appear in the app.  Change the search date to see events on that date.  You need a data connection for this to function and you need to OK the app's use of your location on its first run after downloading.  MakeMyDay London has been designed with simplicity in mind.  We really want to know about missing features you would like to see in future versions and we are always adding to our data.  Save events - get reminders, or just browse.  You also get news of events that might be of interest.  You may never, unintentionally, miss an event again.  MakeMyDay London is under constant development.  For your location the app uses GPS but this is only active for a few seconds.  Use the same screen to make suggestions for improvements.  Find new places.  Good for planning future trips.  The app has been designed to be accessible.  Find out what's on nearby.  The app therefore has minimal impact on battery charge.  This produces a list of places-with-events nearby.
