Tried them all, this is the best
I have tried lots of apps in order to stop suffering from jetlag. I used to have the same symptoms than a hangover for days after my arrival. A nightmare. TimeShifter has broken the curse. I wish the plan the app suggests would start slightly earlier than 2 or 3 days before the flight. But otherwise, a very pleasant efficiant beautiful and simple to use app.
It really works!
We tried this application twice. Jet lag from 5 to 11 hours time difference was each time insignificant. Wow! Event if we respected only 80%.
