Altus Inspections is designed to replace paper inspection processes and enable staff to schedule, undertake and report using a modern digital platform.  The Altus Inspections App enables staff to digitally manage the inspection process from end-to-end.  The Altus Inspections App currently features three standard inspection types - pool, health and bushfire inspections.  Instant customer reporting – staff can send an inspection report to a customer, whilst in their presence, using the solution’s emailing tool.  This results in staff spending a significant amount of time transposing, recording and documenting each inspection into a system.  The ongoing roadmap will see the addition and inclusion of other inspection types such as asset inspections.  Management interface - enables staff to view a dashboard of statistics on inspections completed and inspections yet to be conducted.  Capture images and audio - capture photographs and video for each inspection criteria to help guide the customer to the issue being discussed.  Offline capabilities – complete inspections at any time, from any location, regardless of whether you’re connected to a network.  Mapping – staff can view their location in relation to property boundaries to ensure they are inspecting the correct property.  Form library - add new inspection templates and update previous inspection forms to meet your business's changing needs.  Time efficiencies – staff can spend more time inspecting and less time on paper work.  Standardise your inspections process – your customers receive consistent, high quality service.  The vast majority of inspections performed today are paper-based.
