Un émulateur imite/émule un appareil Android sur votre PC Windows, ce qui facilite l'installation d'applications Android sur votre ordinateur. Pour commencer, vous pouvez choisir l'un des émulateurs populaires ci-dessous:
Windowsapp.fr recommande Bluestacks - un émulateur très populaire avec des tutoriels d'aide en ligneSi Bluestacks.exe ou Nox.exe a été téléchargé avec succès, accédez au dossier "Téléchargements" sur votre ordinateur ou n'importe où l'ordinateur stocke les fichiers téléchargés.
Lorsque l'émulateur est installé, ouvrez l'application et saisissez Bodyweight by Mark Lauren dans la barre de recherche ; puis appuyez sur rechercher. Quel déception! 15 euros par mois pour un programme en vidéo,répétitif! Quel dommage d’avoir supprimer l’application YAYOG !! Elle était tellement mieux!! On est obligé de se rabattre sur celle ci! Mais un abonnement mensuel est obligatoire!! GROSSE GROSSE DÉCEPTION!!
Awesome workouts
Great workouts with multiple levels of expertise. Exercices we can do at home, without losing the benefits of a good training. Bodyweight and Lauren’s exercices have changed the way I trained giving me amazing results. Lately I have been less active but I can always count on the app to give me a workout to do on the go when I need it. Awesome during holidays. Moreover there is always alternatives workouts for different level of energy and days... which for me is very useful and great.
