Players Academy Silver Membership is a subscription membership you can purchase in the app, auto-renewing each month at $49.99/mo and gives you access to all programs, classes, trainings, workouts and also allows you to receive four 1-on-1 coaching sessions with a pro each month.  Players Academy Bronze Membership is a subscription membership you can purchase in the app, auto-renewing each month at $29.99/mo and gives you access to all programs, classes, trainings, workouts and also allows you to receive one 1-on-1 coaching sessions with a pro each month.  Join the team and train with Rob Pannell, Grant Amen, Blaze Riorden, TD Irelan, JT Giles-Harris and Mac O’Keefe! The Players Academy App brings the elite lacrosse instruction directly to you, no matter your hometown or skill level.  Members receive weekly on-field workouts from each pro, lacrosse-specific strength and conditioning programs, and multi-course masterclasses to get inside the mind of the best players in the world.  As an Players Academy app member, you can upload your own videos and you can choose to have Rob or Grant watch the video and give you tangible feedback to improve your game.  Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your iTunes account after you confirm the initial subscription purchase.  Every time you open the app, watch a video, or upload a video you’ll earn points toward exclusive rewards from Warrior/New Balance.  You may manage your subscription and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase.  Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified.  The world’s premier lacrosse trainers, Xelleration Sports Training, have built Rob’s lacrosse-specific training plan into the app.  Each week, the pros release a new set of on-field workouts with exercises, reps, and sets so you can practice with purpose.  Start with Rob Pannell’s 4-week strength package to train just like he does.  Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.  Available with weights or for bodyweight, use this course to get stronger and faster this offseason.  The more you learn, the more prizes you’ll unlock.  The app and certain videos in the app are free upon download.  Bring the best with you to the field.
