It’s pretty good but room for improvement too !
I love this app to be honest the recipes are really good, and I’ve never stuck to a program for so long since I started med school ! However, there is room for improvement on this app even though it is new... sometimes you’re not told when to switch legs / sides when you’re doing lunges / a side plank for example which can be frustrating. But the workouts are really really good ! Lots of people talk about the community too but I honestly never used that part of the app. Overall I really like it !
Good but has a lot of bugs
I really like this app, with meal plans and great exercises, however, the app is constantly having problems. I have a workout plan set for a week, however on main page it shows that every day if a rest day. I was restarting application many times but I doesn’t seem to help. Also during workout there is a glitch in timer, so exercise keep jumping forward to the last one without completion. It’s very irritating to use the app with so much lagging. I hope it will be fixed.
