By the time you’ve moved into your home, the online portal will include contact details for our property management team, customer services staff, the home emergency helpline, your home warranty provider, your utility suppliers and your local council.  Appliances: Your Project Etopia online portal will contain details of your appliances, including user manuals for when you need help setting a programme or troubleshooting an issue.  For those instances, check the FAQs section of the online portal, where we’ve included answers to common queries regarding home maintenance, troubleshooting appliances, dealing with emergencies and more.  If you still need help, you can refer to your homeowner’s guide in the Library section of the portal or get in touch using the details in the Contacts section.  From practical guidance, like tips for moving in and keeping carpets clean, to lifestyle suggestions, such as adventurous recipes and decorating advice, How To guides will help you personalise your property, reduce your bills and maintain that new home sparkle.  Contacts: For times when you need advice or assistance, we’ve listed key contacts on the Project Etopia portal.  You can also upload your own documents to the portal for safe keeping, allowing you to log in and access them online from any device.  How Tos: You’ll have access to a catalogue of How To articles, providing inspirational ideas, shrewd money and energy saving tips, and valuable advice on caring for your home.  We’ll ensure you have a copy of the homeowner’s guide given to you at handover, as well as appliance manuals, home warranty documents and more.  Library: In the Library section, you’ll be able to view and download digital documents.  For each appliance, there will be a link to register the manufacturer’s warranty online.  FAQs: Every now and then, you’ll have questions about your home that you’re sure you’ve heard the answer to before.  These are split into categories, depending on the type of query you have.
