Windowsapp.fr recommande Bluestacks - un émulateur très populaire avec des tutoriels d'aide en ligneSi Bluestacks.exe ou Nox.exe a été téléchargé avec succès, accédez au dossier "Téléchargements" sur votre ordinateur ou n'importe où l'ordinateur stocke les fichiers téléchargés.
Lorsque l'émulateur est installé, ouvrez l'application et saisissez I.AM.morning: a mindful start dans la barre de recherche ; puis appuyez sur rechercher. I.AM.morning, the app, is designed to help you in this process, from alarms tuned to 432hz to meditations which can be played straight after your alarm without opening your phone. You can choose your favorite desires by clicking on the heart icon and read and imagine them every morning. As background sounds we offer calming music tuned to 432Hz, the relaxing waves of the sea or the early morning birds. Choose your own affirmation, one that feels good to you, such as: I am healthy, I am worthy, all the money I need in my life, is flowing to me. This tool includes ten meditations to do in bed first thing in the morning when you are still waking up. This tool includes 13 alarms to wake you up in the morning. Let our wake-up sounds nourish every cell of your body with love and let the positive waves of the sounds flow through you after a night sleep. You can use this tool to write your blessings every new morning. "We at I.AM believe that the first moments upon awakening in the morning are truly important. I.AM.morning, the app, is designed to help you in this process. By repeating an affirmation over and over again, your unconscious mind will start to see this as reality. With our I.AM.caps you can have your sacred “warm beverage morning moment”. It is also important to write down why you are grateful for the blessing you wrote, because this will enhance the feeling of gratitude. An affirmation is a positive sentence to re-program your unconscious mind. Then choose how often you want this affirmation to pop up on your screen. We at I.AM experienced that caffeine can feel good to a certain point, but that too much of it does not provide our bodies with the right fuel for the day. Our wake-up sounds are tuned to and around the frequency of 432Hz. Shake the cards by shaking your phone as long as it feels good to you. You may qualify and store some blessings as your favorites by clicking on the heart icon. Write down your desires, describe them as detailed as possible and imagine your desires are manifested already. You can vary from 3, 5 or 7 minutes and choose between male or female guidance. This manifestation tool invites you to move beyond your daydreams and into reality. When you are grateful, you shift from a space of lack and need, to a space of joy and abundance. When you start your day more consciously, you create the fuel for a mindful and happy day. If you like to be reminded to this card during your day, click on ‘remind me of this card’ and set your own schedule. These alarms were composed by a variety of artists from all over the globe, like Martijn Garritsen and Maejor. Upon opening this feature, cards will appear on your screen.
