Social Alert is a platform that organizations, agencies, communities, collectives, and any organized group of people can use to receive and manage any alert sent by its members in an emergency, distress, or any situation using their smartphone.  Social Alert is the perfect solution if you need a platform to receive and handle alerts from your family, community members, employees, or any group of people during any situation.  Also, Social Alert can send mass notifications to all or a selected group of your users’ devices to announce and warn of any possible risk or situation.  At the same time, Social Alert keeps track and offers reports, and current situation dashboards of all the alerts received and managed.  What makes Social Alert so powerful is its versatility to adapt to different organizations and scenarios, providing a faster way to respond to and assist in any situation.  Social Alert is the perfect platform to help you protect your team, personnel, employees, family, and many others.  Social Alert is not intended or designed to substitute local emergency management systems, law enforcement agencies, or similar.  In case of an incident, your users can send an alert to the platform notifying you of a situation.  You can customize the application by configuring your alert types or adding custom fields to store any information needed when attending to a situation or incident.  Social Alert’s effectiveness and behavior will be limited to the quality of the devices’ Internet connection, available location services, the low power mode status (should be off), and the capacities and capabilities of the smartphones used.  Constant Internet connection is required to use Social Alert services.  Users should always contact local government agencies in case of any emergency.  During the incident, you can track your user’s locations and communicate with them via chat or video call until the incident is resolved.  Account registration and service plan purchase are required to use this app.
