Metrics are calculated and processed on the Apex device and transferred to the Sonra Watch App via Bluetooth, ensuring accurate live data and no data loss when players go out of range.  Pacemaker Steady State mode monitors the current speed of an individual during work periods of custom workouts so that the athlete remains on pace within set custom high and low % limits of their target pace.  With 25 real-time metrics updating for up to 8 players, the Sonra Watch app is perfect for Return to Play, Rehab and Conditioning sessions.  Live data for up to 8 players can be viewed on multiple Apple Watch devices at the same time.  This continuous communication with the APEX device will allow the app to continue receiving realtime and up to date data to display on the app's user interface.  Sonra Watch app displays 28 real-time metrics split into Distance, Speed, HR & Accelerometer groups.  Coaches can input their desired workout options through custom work and rest periods and number reps and sets.  This app uses Apple HealthKit API in order to be able to communicate with the APEX device over Bluetooth while the app is running in the background.  Pacemaker Intervals mode allows a user to predetermine work & rest times, that can be used for all types of interval training.  Receive notifications with haptic feedback when players reach their thresholds ensuring no players get overloaded.  The Apex is the only device that calculates metrics on the unit.  We ensure no data drop-out when an athlete goes out of range during a session.  Quickly compare your players with our Customisable Live Carousel view.  Set individual or global thresholds for each player and monitor how they perform with threshold scales.  Access your latest session to review data anywhere.  Set your preferred unit of measurement and custom threshold scale.
