En 4 étapes, je vais vous montrer comment télécharger et installer TLEX Flow sur votre ordinateur :
Un émulateur imite/émule un appareil Android sur votre PC Windows, ce qui facilite l'installation d'applications Android sur votre ordinateur. Pour commencer, vous pouvez choisir l'un des émulateurs populaires ci-dessous:
Windowsapp.fr recommande Bluestacks - un émulateur très populaire avec des tutoriels d'aide en ligneSi Bluestacks.exe ou Nox.exe a été téléchargé avec succès, accédez au dossier "Téléchargements" sur votre ordinateur ou n'importe où l'ordinateur stocke les fichiers téléchargés.
Lorsque l'émulateur est installé, ouvrez l'application et saisissez TLEX Flow dans la barre de recherche ; puis appuyez sur rechercher. Vous verrez facilement l'application que vous venez de rechercher. Clique dessus. Il affichera TLEX Flow dans votre logiciel émulateur. Appuyez sur le bouton "installer" et l'application commencera à s'installer.

Guided mindfulness that can be used at work, before meetings, between meetings, and at the breaks, to recharge in a quiet and non-invasive fashion to help the user be more mindful at work. Guided desktop stretches to help you ease aches and tensions that tend to build in the upper half of the body due to extended hours at the desk. The App is designed to reduce your stress, increase your awareness, improve your mental health, and help boost your productivity. Research shows conscious breathing has a profound healing impact on our physical and mental health, and it is one of the simplest ways to reset. Peaceful music and sounds to lull you into sleep or help you relax anytime, anywhere. Resources that support the TLEX workshops are also available in this App for workshop participants. The guidance and tips in the App come from our trainers’ collective experience and wisdom that is a result of walking the talk. Micro-moments instructions that allow you to integrate mindfulness into a busy working day. The App also introduces you to our most experienced TLEX trainers. The next version will include a subscription model through which you will continue to have access to all content. Breathing techniques that are easy to follow and practice daily. This first version of the App is free to download and explore. Goals you set out for yourself can be tracked and achieved more efficiently through the App's “Challenges” section.
