Once you have triggered the “Stand-To” / “SOS” button, the Active Response Centre provides security advice, response and technical assistance via the live in-app chat.  SOS: Trigger the SOS function by rapid taps (3 or more) on the button to notify your emergency contacts, the CSN and the Active Response Centre that you are in danger.  This notifies your emergency contacts, the Community Support Network (CSN) and the Active Response Centre that you are concerned and want to be monitored.  Report security concerns to the Active Response Centre via the in-app chat.  Stand-To: If you feel unsafe in any security incident, press and hold the button for 5 seconds to activate “Stand-To” mode.  Your app for emergency reports and response alerting those closest for immediate help! Creating safer communities worldwide.  Access information on security incidents that have occurred over the last 30 days in your neighbourhood, including risk ratings and recommendations on which areas to avoid.  Plot your favourite and “safe house” locations, which is coupled with navigation options to help guide you to your destination, considering safety and time factors.  The CSN is the network of people that are closest to your location and that are able to help when you are in danger.  Share actual security incidents with your community onto the security heat map.  Should you not arrive or check in, a notification will be sent to your pre-programmed emergency contacts.  By clicking on the Stand-To / SOS button, it will instantly send alerts to the members of the CSN.  Should you activate the alarm by mistake, your default disarm pin is “0000”.  Any misuse (“false alarms”) will have you removed from the network.  IMPORTANT: This function is only available after the 14-day-trial period.  Schedule your check-in at a specific location.
