The cette application App is designed by FedEx Ground Independent Contractors for Truck Fleet owners and FedEx Ground Independent Contractors to manage all your trucks' maintenance, repairs, and even the FedEx Monthly Maintenance Report (MMR).  It sends an uneditable list of all your trucks, maintenance statuses, VIN numbers, tire sizes, year, make, model, and mileage to your mechanic.  -Mechanic's Info Page - Need to send your truck info to your mechanic? This feature is for you.  -Quick Mileage Update Form - 1 page form to update the miles for each of your trucks.  -Create Service Records to keep track of all the work done to your trucks.  When a truck is coming close to the threshold, you will be notified along with your mechanic who will receive a text message telling them specifically which truck(s) and what needs doing.  Will automatically send a text message to your chosen mechanic letting them know that service is needed.  -Truck Summary page - Shows quick and valuable information of all your trucks on a single page.  -Tire Reports keeps track of all 6 (or 4) tires on each of your trucks.  For example, you can have "Diesel Oil Change" every 5,000 miles or 5 months, and then assign all your diesel trucks to it.  It will also keep a record of the previous tire and tire brand so that you can do comparisons and see which tires are the most cost effective for your business.  Tire reports also keeps track of whether the tires were new or retreads.  This is a big time saver to keep track of mileage.  As you update your records, this info will also be automatically updated for your mechanic.  -Maintenance Intervals with automatic reminders and text messages directly to mechanic.  The MMR will be automatically generated for each of your trucks pre-filled and signed with your name.  Assign relevant trucks to each interval.  Show mileage, DOT expirations dates, and Registration expiration dates.  No need to go to a new page and enter them one at a time.  Can also be set to automatically text mechanic to do the DOT inspection.  Upload invoices, and keep track of costs.  -Create Service Requests when something is in need of repair/service.  -Monthly Maintenance Report (MMR).  Shows all scheduled maintenance statuses and how long till they come due.  Just click 1 button, and send directly to FedEx.  -Stores images of all your DOT Certificates, Registrations, and Insurance Cards so that you can quickly access them whenever needed.  -DOT Certificate and Registration expiration alerts.  Set up as many as you need such as Oil Changes, filter changes, etc.  SAVE HOURS of time manually filling out the MMR.  Get notified up to a month before expiration.
