1: Téléchargez un logiciel d'émulation

Un émulateur imite/émule un appareil Android sur votre PC Windows, ce qui facilite l'installation d'applications Android sur votre ordinateur. Pour commencer, vous pouvez choisir l'un des émulateurs populaires ci-dessous:

2 : Installez le logiciel de l'émulateur sur votre ordinateur

Si Bluestacks.exe ou Nox.exe a été téléchargé avec succès, accédez au dossier "Téléchargements" sur votre ordinateur ou n'importe où l'ordinateur stocke les fichiers téléchargés.

  1. Une fois trouvé, cliquez dessus. Le processus d'installation va commencer.
  2. Acceptez les conditions d'utilisation/le contrat de licence et suivez les instructions à l'écran.


3: Installez Ti broish sur PC à l'aide de l'application Emulator

Lorsque l'émulateur est installé, ouvrez l'application et saisissez Ti broish dans la barre de recherche ; puis appuyez sur rechercher. With this app volunteers (in the electoral law these volunteers are called scrutineers or poll watchers) can broadcast live the count of the votes and ensure that every vote is properly counted and correctly entered in the protocols.  This platform aims to collect every polling station protocol, in order for a parallel ballot count to be carried out.  They should be present during the ballot counting on election day, so they can ensure that every vote is properly counted and correctly entered in the protocols.  In the electoral law these volunteers are called scrutineers (or poll watchers).  This is a companion app for live streaming of the count of the votes for elections in Bulgaria.  For that purpose we are looking for 12 000 volunteers - as many as the polling stations in Bulgaria are.  They have the right to receive a copy of the protocol from the polling station, which can be uploaded to “Ti broish”.  Part of the campaign "Ti broish" and companion to the main "Ti broish" application.
