To account for the enormous variation in foot shapes within the population, uvex safety footwear range has been developed with a variety of different fitting profiles.  The uvex fit advisor app helps you select the right uvex footwear size, width and uvex tuneup 2.0 insole specific for your foot type.  Using this data, the app recommends the appropriate size and width of uvex footwear styles that are suitable for the nominated application area.  Most uvex safety footwear is available in sizes EU 35 – 52 (UK 3 – 16) and in narrow to extra-wide widths thanks to the uvex multiple fit system.  uvex has been designing and manufacturing safety footwear since 1972 and is an international leader in safety and occupational footwear.  Using three calibrated images of the top and arch of your feet the app measures foot length, width and using scientific algorithms classifies your feet as either a low, neutral or high arched foot type.  The foot type classification corresponds with a matching uvex tuneup 2.0 insole designed specifically for the needs of the foot type.  The right fit of occupational and safety footwear is essential to maximise comfort, performance, safety, and health of your feet.  Filter functionality can also be used to narrow the footwear range selection by features and or protection classifications.  This ensures that almost everyone will be able to get the right fit regardless of their foot shape.
