Who we are: Walk Sintra APP was developed by Casa do Valle, a green, sustainable Bed and Breakfast, to make it easier for its guests and all of the visitors of the region to not only visit the more known center with the palaces and monuments but to explore the whole of Sintra.  Varied filtering options: You can filter the walks by location, extension, distance, accumulated climb elevation gain, and availability of access via public transportation – and get directions to the starting point of the walks.  Our goal at Walk Sintra is to guide you to the most beautiful paths in Sintra to explore nature, culture, and the various landscapes that our region has to offer.  There are other functions, like navigation to the starting point, suggestions of places to visit on the way, as well as the possibility to give us feedback on the trails.  We have carefully selected places for you to visit, the best experiences in Sintra, as well as suggestions on where to eat and drink.  Your on and offline practical guide for exploring Sintra on foot.  There are many walks in various parts of the municipality to choose from: the Historic Center, the mountain, the coast, or the countryside.  We know that on many trails, the mobile and internet connection can be bad, and for this reason, the APP works offline.  - whether you can reach the starting point with public transportation.  In addition, there is a description of the walk, an altimeter chart - and of course a detailed map.  As you do the walk, you can see your live location on the map confirming that you are on the right path.  The APP works offline.  You won't get lost on your way because our APP navigates offline.
