No, Packrat does not store any personal data (except your email account and your user name which you choose freely).  • Does Bandcamp take a cut of my sales with Packrat? No, Bandcamp does not take a cut.  Packrat only uses the inventory APIs of Bandcamp, so there's no interaction with Bandcamp's sales features.  Packrat lets you easily turn your online Bandcamp store into a physical store.  • Why does Packrat need location data? Packrat itself does not need your location and does not collect or record it.  • Does Packrat report my sales to any third party (government, company, etc)? No.  I have my own band on Bandcamp (ORM) and I started developing Packrat to help myself when selling and accounting for merch.  • Does Packrat contain ads No, there are no ads on Packrat.  • Who makes Packrat? I am a solo developer working on Packrat in my free time.  Since I am working on Packrat in my spare time, the development pace is not super fast.  • Is Packrat open source? Not at the moment, but it's my ambition to eventually open source it.  • Is Packrat a finished product? Packrat should be perfectly usable in its current state.  • Are you affiliated with Bandcamp? I am in no way affiliated with Bandcamp.  However, if you wish to use the SumUp payment terminal integration, location access is needed (by SumUp).  However there are many things that could be improved and features that could be added.
