My Mission makes collecting, organizing, and sharing your LDS missionary experiences easy and fun! It is designed to help LDS missionaries communicate with and share their favorite mission pictures, letters and stories with their family and friends back home.  • The My Mission App is a mobile companion to MyMission.com. While this app does make it easy to add photos and stories to your missionary's account, adding or updating some details such as letters and stories is not currently available.  My Mission is free and an easy and convenient way to organize and share the powerful, heartwarming stories that will make an impact on your life and the lives of your loved ones for generations to come.  As you help them organize and share their mission experiences, you will feel the joy that comes from missionary service.  Ask your parents and grandparents to tell you about their conversion stories and missionary experiences; then record their stories using the app.  • Share select missionary experiences with others in person or through popular social networks.  Share your missionary stories with your children at bedtime or in the car while traveling.  Remember the stories and experiences of your mission and how your faith, hardships, and endurance help you become a better person.  You will build a deeper connection with your children as you collect and share these important stories and events.  • If you find that the My Mission App displays little or no information about your missionary, sign in to MyMission.com on the web, and check the Published and Visibility settings for these items.  • Parents and missionaries with administrative rights are responsible for and control all of the content about their missionary including what content is publicly visible.  • Organize and share the emails, pictures and stories that your son or daughter sends home.  Build and preserve a family legacy of missionary service now that your children treasure and enjoy for generations to come.  • Share your favorite pictures and stories with your local ward, stake or seminary.  • Follow multiple missionaries including their friends, cousins and missionary companions.  • Use social calendars and missionary announcements to stay connected with missionary events.  You will literally be collecting and preserving the memories and stories that they will cherish and tell for generations to come.  • Use email notifications to keep others informed and invite them to your missionary events.  • Safely store your missionary experiences on a secure platform in the Cloud.  The Prophet Joseph Smith declared, "After all that has been said, the greatest and most important duty is to preach the Gospel" (Teachings of Presidents of the Church: Joseph Smith (2007), 330).  Take the app to family gatherings, and capture stories you've never heard before.  Your mission is IMPORTANT!!!
