Essential literature, including a voluminous body of randomized, controlled trials, is reviewed and presented in an easy-to-read format.  Payment information will be verified at time of purchase; if subscription is not cancelled before the end of the 3-day free trial, your credit card will be charged.  Citation information is included, permitting the user to pursue additional, in-depth study.  Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.  Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.  Over fourteen hundred references are included, covering topics in vascular, tumor, functional, epilepsy, skull base, and spine.  Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.  The 3rd edition contains over 1480 entries, including current Class 1 evidence.  It uses a server-based platform, so that new entries are made immediately available to the user.  Please note that the information provided in this app overlaps with that presented in various subspecialty apps of the same name.  The user can review seminal studies on a topic in seconds.  It also transitions the application to an annual subscription-based service.
