The worst online shopping app

I have made an order for two sets of the same item. But the seller has cancelled my order and refunded me only for one set of my order (50% of my full payment). I had the same experience for two repeated times. This is absurd.!!! Seller accepts the payment and then after two-three days he cancel the order and refunds only 50% of the payment. What is this???? Never make any order on Daraz. They are real thieves. There is no one to complain…? Online help platform works on virtual message system and doesn’t help at all. The dirtiest online shopping app..!!!
