En 4 étapes, je vais vous montrer comment télécharger et installer Santander Cycles sur votre ordinateur :

1: Téléchargez un logiciel d'émulation

Un émulateur imite/émule un appareil Android sur votre PC Windows, ce qui facilite l'installation d'applications Android sur votre ordinateur. Pour commencer, vous pouvez choisir l'un des émulateurs populaires ci-dessous:

2 : Installez le logiciel de l'émulateur sur votre ordinateur

Si Bluestacks.exe ou Nox.exe a été téléchargé avec succès, accédez au dossier "Téléchargements" sur votre ordinateur ou n'importe où l'ordinateur stocke les fichiers téléchargés.

Une fois trouvé, cliquez dessus. Le processus d'installation va commencer.
Acceptez les conditions d'utilisation/le contrat de licence et suivez les instructions à l'écran.

3: Installez Santander Cycles sur PC à l'aide de l'application Emulator

Lorsque l'émulateur est installé, ouvrez l'application et saisissez Santander Cycles dans la barre de recherche ; puis appuyez sur rechercher. Vous verrez facilement l'application que vous venez de rechercher. Clique dessus. Il affichera Santander Cycles dans votre logiciel émulateur. Appuyez sur le bouton "installer" et l'application commencera à s'installer.

Santander Cycles Logiciel Aperçu

Use the app to find a nearby docking station with bikes, and get another bike release code to use there. Each bike release code is valid for 10 minutes at your chosen docking station. The official Santander Cycles app from Transport for London is the only app to send bike release codes straight to your smartphone. So you can skip past the docking station terminal and get on your bike quicker. Follow the instructions to get your bike release code. If there are no bikes available at the docking station, don’t worry. Simply register with your bank card, and use the app to ‘Hire now’ from a nearby docking station. Santander Cycles is the self-service, bike-sharing scheme for short journeys in inner London. You won’t be charged until you use the release code. You must be 18 or over to hire a bike, and 14 or over to ride one. Please note the app doesn’t reserve bikes.

Peut on vraiment parler ici d’un service fonctionnel?

Mauvaise application pour une très mauvaise expérience, nos 30min de vélo nous aurons au final coûtées presque 20€ pour deux. Entre l’abonnement à la journée souscrit sur l’application qui décline pour finalement s’activer 20min plus tard, nous avions pris ce même abonnement sur une borne physique en temps qui s’est vu bloqué au final dès le dépôt du vélo (avec coût en surplus pour avoir dépassé les 30min incluses parce que la borne pour les remettre ne fonctionnais pas correctement elle aussi… un enfer qui nous aura plombé notre journée.

Unauthorized charges / transactions

I have been charged 4 times £2 as I was trying to create an account. Each time I tried there was an error message at the end of my registration and I was eventually unable to create an account, in addition to being charged £8 for nothing. I would like actions to be taken please. These transactions voided or a refund processed. Look forward to hearing from the customer service (I sent 3 emails and have been waiting on the phone for 25min to get an operator - to no avail).

Bike docking issue

For the second time this year, the app says that my ride is still active after I dock my bike. So, I cannot book another cycle for my return trip. On top of that, I have to call the customer service to report the issue or else I will be charged £300 for a missing bike. Please fix this issue, which turns a great service into an unreliable and time-consuming solution at times.

Very unpleasant

I used a cycle, when I docked it, it was detected by the app as the station then was full but it was like I never returned the bike and now I am being charged maximum fares. It is unacceptable. I tried to contact the support but they responded like they didn’t read my complaint. Never using this again…

Not great

App clearly not up to date, keeps freezing when the left handside of the app is used. Pls correct that and update the app!!
